Hero of the month: Roma keeper

Roma keeper Julio Sergio was injured vs. Brescia. His team had no more subtitutes left. He continued the game, for about three minutes, while crying from the injury. He will leave the field for about one month to recover.



He reminded me so much with the heroic Beckenbauer performance in 1970 WC semi-final vs. Italy. He got a displaced shoulder and he managed to continue the game. I saw the game on videos. Not only he played the rest of the game, but he was even a very active memeber
