A team to admire: Paraguay

Since watching the South American qualification games, and I have always been impressed by the way Paraguay plays, especially against the two big giants, Brazil and Argentina. I said that if this team qualified, they will be a very interesting team.

It is always the same way we knew Paraguay: very tactical, counter attacks, man to man, filling all spaces in the midfield. This time, they perfected it. I warned a lot about this team. Game after game they looked better and more competent.

Yes, they lacked the experience to get the opportunity to convert their effort to a victory in the QF vs. Spain. We can claim too that they were denied a fair goal. They only lost 0-1.

The same result 0-1 they had in 1998 against France and 2002 against Germany, the runner up. They played very strong games.
This year, they did the same gainst Spain, almost reached the semi-final. A lot of regards to the Argentinian coach. I wonder wasn't it better to let this coach handle Argentina, and not Maradonda?

Here is how Paraguay defeated Argentina in one of the most important victories in their road to South Africa
